Microsoft Clarity Analytics.

Role
Research-driven UX Designer: conducted audience research, defined UX hypotheses, designed landing structure and legal pages, prototyped, analyzed user behavior, and supported localization.
Challenge
Design a landing page to attract Instagram followers and nurture the audience for current and future retreats.
UX Hypothesis
For cold audiences, the key factor in decision-making would be trust in the author and understanding the program’s value. The page structure needed to gradually reduce barriers before showing pricing and registration.

Solution
Structured the landing page to gradually nurture users: trust → program value → price → registration form
Multisensory engagement:
Visual: real event photos and video content
Auditory: natural sounds, e.g., birds singing in the forest
Emotional: highlighting group support, anti-stress practices
Storytelling about the retreat author
Addressed key objections: “advanced yoga” and high cost
Engagement quiz-calculator (created with Claude)
Capture forms for both warm and cold audiences
Legal pages designed for clarity and accessibility: Privacy Policy, Cookies, Terms of Use
Localization: Russian and Ukrainian
User Analytics
Heatmaps and session recordings via Microsoft Clarity revealed high interest in:
Services section
Video content as a trust trigger
Storytelling about the author
Pricing section
This confirmed the hypothesis that users need pre-nurturing before making a decision.
Traffic and Results
Promotion was organic: through the client’s personal network abroad and cold audiences. Users actively engaged with the content. Paid traffic is expected to significantly increase conversions.
