A social initiative providing housing for vulnerable groups in Zagreb, including high skilled specialists who lost their housing and for people with disabilities.

Concept.
The project includes 6 areas of impact for a sponsor / investor:

1. Creating safe housing for those who have lost everything.

2. Supporting highly qualified specialists and people with disabilities.

3. Greening urban environments.

4. Renovation of buildings and ecological solutions.

5. Investment in medical initiatives.

6. Support for elderly care homes.
   
   
   Financial model
   budget €900,000:
   80% housing,
   20% renovation, green-city elements, medical support and elderly care)
   and a market analysis with unit selection are complete.

   Currently in sponsor outreach and negotiations.
   ↓
